Family Law is an increasingly complicated area of law and Kevin, who was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1989 and as a solicitor in Queensland in 2003, has extensive knowledge and experience of the law and procedural requirements necessary to represent your best interests and reduce the stress and complication of the legal system.

Kevin is friendly and approachable, and provides straight forward and practical advice in relation to financial agreements, divorce, defacto law, domestic violence, separation and property division, including the splitting of superannuation funds and disputes involving children either between their parents or with the Department of Communities – Child Safety.

Kevin is also a Mediator and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and is able to arrange and mediate disputes in various areas of law.
